About the Job: 

 

As a central contact person, you will be responsible for the implementation projects of our marketing software for a defined group of national and international customers. 

Your contacts will mainly be from the marketing departments of our customers. 

From the analysis of customer processes and their mapping in our software solution to the support of the implementation and customizing of our products, you will implement your projects based on our Best Practice Implementation “Smart Launch”. 

You will conduct coordination meetings and workshops and ensure that the introduction of our software is a success for both the customer and for us. 

You enjoy working closely with the client and do not shy away from negotiation. In critical situations (e.g., change requests) you are always looking for a joint solution and act prudently and goal oriented. 

You analyze and optimize marketing processes at the customer’s site. 

You will identify upselling opportunities to deliver not only what the customer has ordered. 

Your experience and your economic thinking and acting will help you with this. 

 

What You Need to Succeed: 

 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the management of software implementations and/or in business consulting, e.g., in the agency environment 
  • You are familiar with marketing processes in medium and large companies and you know the challenges of change management in such organizations.

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

About the Job: 

 

As the technical contact person in implementation projects, you are our link between customer and development. 

Your contact persons will mainly be from the IT or marketing-related departments of our customers. 

In addition to providing technical advice to our customers for optimal integration of the software modules, you will document the developed results (e.g., technical specifications), implement interfaces independently with the help of Dell Boomi and guide other colleagues (e.g. developers) in the implementation of customer-specific solutions 

Internally, you will work closely with a network of colleagues (business consultants, project managers, product management/development, ITO) and ensure that the solutions are implemented at the customer’s site in accordance with their needs and based on our best practices. 

Your expertise and experience will also be applied in the estimation of costs and the preparation of offers with the project manager. 

 

 

What You Need to Succeed: 

 

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar and many years of experience in the IT project environment including the creation of functional concepts and specifications.  
  • You have at least 3 years of experience (workshops, technical specifications, etc.) in dealing with customers. 
  • You are enthusiastic about the development of software systems of creative users, are communicative in a team, and have a customer-oriented way of thinking. 
  • You want to accompany software throughout its entire life cycle. 
  • You are familiar with UML modeling tools. 
  • Knowledge of the following technologies would be an advantage: programming of web applications (Java), web services and their interface protocols (REST, SOAP), data modeling and mapping (XML, CSS, and others), directory services such as Active Directory for customer-specific SSO connections 
  • You would like to work independently in a balanced team. 
  • You also speak fluent English and German to communicate with your foreign language colleagues and customers. 
  • You enjoy working on-site at the customer’s premises from time to time (30-50%)
